Unpleasant Weather Here

Postby BeeNumber12 » Tue Nov 23, 2010 5:07 pm

The greater geographic area here has been under a blizzard warning. We don't get blizzard conditions very often. (Blizzard Warning - Snow, strong winds and low temperatures will combine to produce a blinding snow, deep drifts and life threatening wind chill. This means temperatures below 20 degrees and winds above 35mph.) It isn't bad in my locale. I hope everyone else is warm, safe and snug. :)

I'll have a little moan here; although I realy have very little to moan about ...its horid and cold outside, I've got a cold and cough my guts up and the hammy is now incontinent and I'm afraid to give it a "wash" as its so cold..but he needs it..he stinks..I worry about him to the extend that its keeping me awake, he's so little and I must help him how-ever I can..But it seems cruel to lug him out of his warm bed, the bed is also in need of a clean and he will be bewildered at his store of food for winter having magically disapeared...again...Anyway I shall go and clean him now, as I feel much better for having blurted all this out, and so you all know that I am not in the best of moods to give advice or help at the mo..
I know its only a hammy..but he depends on me the poor little sole..Marre.

Both of my parents were diagnosed with PA. Mum is on 2 monthly injections and relatively OK. Dad progressed to dementia and sadly died 14/2/13. Despite my own levels being 'normal' I have some symptoms. Jac.

I am a support person for my daughter who was diagnosed with PA and Folate Anaemia in 1994, at the age of 27. Another daughter diagnosed with Hashimotos 2010 but she doesn't have PA.
