If more people reply to the same topic at the same time (although one can not see that) only one person's post will appear it seems, the other replies just disappear in thin air it seems...lost several replies I made to posts that way allready..

Re:" however, my post was still in a text-box below it and so I just clicked 'submit' again and it appeared.", unfortunatly for me it just disapears when I press submit, it even tells me its posted to me then find its not, and without search having spend ages finding things its all a bit of a bummer when all has gone, will cut and put on clip board now before I post, submit, you may have more abileties as mod.. ..Marre.

Re: Losing posts ?timed out?

I'm losing my text more easily also. "Saving" it by using the Preview button has usually allowed to regain via the browser's back button/retry. Haven't tried the actual "Save " feature at the bottom, next to preview and submit. Have resorted to using a word document to write and then copy past it, if my text is lengthy and/ or I am researching while composing the post....

OKAY! I just tried the SAVE feature, recieved text saying it was saved....but I have no idea where it is or how to retrieve it. :? Wait, Wait....I see a new box down there saying,"LOAD"...maybe this is it? :o

Nope, didn't work for me.... :(

Dorothy

I've ben searching for some information about goitres and when I do a search for either goitre or goiter I get nothing but a message saying "the word goitre does not appear in any posts" which I find hard to believe  Oh well, off to the docs soon to see what this weird feeling is in my throat and am hoping it is not a goitre or nodule :handgestures-fingerscrossed: :handgestures-fingerscrossed: PS loving the new smilies :) :)

Do others find it takes ages to post a reply because the post reply box takes ages to appear???
