Yes I've read quite a few like it, it means that its a matter of doing more than one test, currently holo TC and MMA seeming to be the best selection, taking into account symptoms. There are some research papers telling of neurological damage with people on treatment. Its just still so diverse, what ever the reason for an initial B12 def and how that person reacts to treatment, this is so diverse. This is easy to see on this forum, I can see it in my family, there is definitely not one treatment that fits all! Marre.
