How often do you have your B12 treatment?

Maintenance dosis for cyanocobalamin is once every month a jab, maintenance for hydroxocobalamin is once every three months for a jab.
This works well for some but not all.

Please vote how often you have your jab and post below if you feel this frequency is not giving you back the health you hoped for/ what frequency you feel may be more helpfull for you.

Perhaps this poll now needs an option to add methylcobalamin...?
